I hope everyone is having a great start to the new year. Currently, I am working on some fun Evalicious projects for my inspiration day at the end of the month. It'll be a little quiet on my blog for the time being, I am focused on those projects and some school applications this month.
I jumped on the Project Life bandwagon this year, and I am excited with how it's going so far. I'm using the "Project Life" term loosely, as I'm not giving myself any restrictions with the timeframes documented, or the number of photos/journaling cards, etc. I want this project to be something fun to work on when I get stuck on making a page, or just want to try out some products or techniques on a smaller scale. For this project, I am using the Studio Calico Handbook, Evalicious paper tags, stamps, and badges, along with any leftovers from previous SC kits.
I also want to do a better job of remembering to take photos to document daily events. For many pages, I've relied on my boyfriend's wonderful photos, but I think it's also nice to document things from my perspective. Luckily, he has given me a nice, compact camera for Christmas, which makes it quite a bit easier to bring my camera around with me. He also lent me an older version of the oh-so-popular Canon Selphy printer, which also makes things a lot easier! I'm looking forward to sharing this project later this month!
Glad you're jumping on the PL boat! I am too...can't wait to see what you come up with! xo
